We understand the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) technology needs.  Our philosophy is to hire individuals who have previously had professional experience outside the realm of IT.  Since we don’t hire employees straight out of “IT Tech-U," our company culture promotes understanding and relating to more than just the technical aspects of your business.  We are proud to have assembled a team who have used and discovered technology as a means to success in other fields.

It’s important to us that our consultants relate to you and ” speak your language."  In our prior careers we have experienced the deep gaps that often occur between the office staff and the IT department.  Sadly, the gap between technology integration and core business is often even larger.   At The Mindhive, we've made it our business to bridge those gaps.  We understand that technology is not your business.  It is simply a tool to enable your business to maximize it's potential.
